God used over 530 families to connect with over 2,000 donors to raise over $200,000 in 38 days. Over 670 students packed 15,000 meals in 6 hours on 2 campuses to be sent 1,500 miles away to feed hungry children in Haiti. Out of the abundance WCA was not only able to donate $1,000 to FoodNet in Lafayette and ICONs Food Bank in Opelousas, but sent an additional $5,000 to another school’s efforts to assist in sending an additional 10,000 meals to Haiti.
