Entering 2nd Grade

The designated summer reading books for students entering second grade are:

  • Days With Frog and Toad by Arnold Lobel
  • Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown

These books were included in your book fees at enrollment/re-enrollment and can be picked up in the front office of either campus after enrollment/re-enrollment is complete through Admissions.

The written assignments for these books are posted below. These assignments should be completed after reading these books and will be turned in the first week of school. These assignments will be your child’s first reading grades of the year. These books will also be the source of discussion during the first couple of weeks of school.
