Fundraisers

Coach Standiford and the basketball team coordinated a day of events to create the Basketball Bash. The funds raised will cover expenses involved in the upcoming season.  Support the Crusaders while taking advantage of the fun activities, there's something for everyone!

 

 

Students in K3-8 from around the community are invited to participate in Coach Standiford's annual basketball camp. The fee includes practice with various skills and drills, snacks, and awards.

The social and silent auction will be a time of fellowship featuring a guest speaker, dinner and items to bid on. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As a player in high school, Byron won two State Championships at Grambling High School. He was also a two time All State Player and AAU All American. In College, he helped the University of Louisiana at Lafayette win the 1992 and 1994 Sunbelt Championships and in 2011 was inducted into ULL  Athletic Hall of Fame.

 

As a coach at LCA, he was a four time state champion and was voted Coach of the Year at both the district and state levels multiple times. He is currently the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at LSUE where he has developed that program into the premier junior college program in Louisiana. He was 2021 and 2020 LCCAC Coach of the Year and 2020 Louisiana Junior College Coach of the Year.
