Preschool Welcome to a new school year and the wonderful world of preschool at WCA. It is our privilege to serve your family by living out our Mission Statement, "to assist parents in educating their children by imparting God's truth to transform society in present and future generations." We look forward to a year filled with new adventures for your preschool child, academically and spiritually. We are privileged to be a partner with you in the training process of Godly wisdom and first-time obedience. What an awesome privilege and task God has set before us. Communication will come in the form of monthly newsletters from our K3, K4, and K5 teachers Included in these newsletters will be chapel schedules that we encourage parents to attend. We also have a host of events planned to educate and delight the children. We desire open communication and cherish your prayers as we partner with you in training this next generation to stand for the cause of Christ. We encourage you to daily pray for your child, their teacher and WCA administrators. Our prayer and hope is that this will be a year that the children will grow as Jesus did, "And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men." Luke 2:52

We are so blessed to partner with your family in our mission to assist you in educating your children through providing a superior education that includes the best of tradition with a modern delivery and biblical worldview. Together and with God’s leadership, we will help transform your children into young men and women of Christ-like character who will lead in transforming society in present and future generations. We look forward to a year of adventure and challenge that will raise the bar in your children’s education, providing them with transformative opportunities that will enable them to stand unashamedly for the cause of Christ while building character, work ethic and the ability to be excellent in whatever God calls them to do. It won’t be easy, but it will always be worth it and it begins here and now. We desire to build a strong community relationship with you and your family through open communication and a shared dedication to the hard work that will accomplish our mission. Upper School After careful evaluation and extended prayer, the Board of Directors of Westminster Christian Academy has determined that the unique brand of Kingdom education offered at WCA will expand to a second upper school. WCA's superior education, transformative opportunities, and Biblical foundation will be replicated and conveniently available to students in grades 7 through 12 in Lafayette Parish in the 2019-2020 school year. When we look back forty years to the founding of Westminster Christian Academy, we see the hand of the Lord at work in the commitment of those families to build something of lasting value. We now have the opportunity to add our own promise to that legacy, expanding for the benefit of present families and those to come in the next forty years.
