We utilize SmartAid, a third-party financial aid analysis service, to process tuition assistance applications. This service does not decide whether tuition assistance will be given or how much to give; rather, it provides a need-based financial aid analysis service. All information from this service is kept confidential. Results are reviewed in early May by Westminster Christian Academy’s Tuition Assistance Committee and award letters sent the week of May 15th.
Please Note: If you apply for Tuition Assistance, a space is NOT reserved for your student(s). You will be subject to availability after Tuition Assistance has been awarded in May. If you are applying for tuition assistance after May, please contact the Admissions Office to confirm there are still funds in the program to award.
The deadline for Westminster Christian Academy employees to apply for tuition assistance is February 15, 2019
The deadline for returning families to apply for tuition assistance is Monday, April 1, 2019
New families to Westminster Christian Academy for the 2019-2020 school year may apply only after application to the school through August 2019.

Please Note: If your student qualifies for a 50% tuition discount because of a Pastor Discount or a Lafayette Upper School discount, you are not eligible to apply for additional tuition assistance.

Processing Fee (required): $35 Required
Applications submitted without documentation will not be processed.
- Most recent paystubs
- Prior year W-2 forms for all jobs.
- Prior year filed tax return: 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ with all schedules
- Prior year filed business tax return: 1120, 1120S, 1065 (if applicable)
- Supplemental income documentation: Social Security income, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Support, 1099-M Forms, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Veterans Benefits, Housing Allowance, etc.
Application IDs must be included on all documents. Failure to include your ID will delay processing of your application.
