Math Speed Drills
Dear Parents,
I wanted to clarify the grading procedure for the math speed drills. Every problem on the speed drill counts towards a total score of 100%. Each problem is worth one point. The students are given eight minutes to complete the speed drill. The speed drills are counted as quizzes and weighted as 25% of the math grade. Math test are worth 75% of the math grade. We do practice speed drills every day to help in sure that the students are prepared for the quizzes on Thursday. Please contact me if you have any questions about the speed drills.
