Opelousas Campus elementary students enjoyed themselves as they participated in several outdoor activities such as balloon toss, sack race, big ball race, ball boxing, basketball shootout, archery and much more. The first and second place of each activity received certificates at the end of the day. A huge THANK YOU to the handful of 6th-grade students who came back to help make this day a success. Congratulations to Brianna Hunter, Westminster Christian Academy 2013 Alumna, for winning the Louisiana Model Search grand prize which was held on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at the Opelousas Civic Center. She is currently a senior at Southern University and an aspiring model. Brianna received a prize package including a trip for two to Atlanta, Georgia to compete in Real Housewives of Atlanta Star & Supermodel Cynthia Bailey's Model Expos in Summer 2017.
