Top Honor Graduates were Valedictorian, Jennifer Faith Johnson, Salutatorian, Shelby Frank Myers, and Historian, Timothy Scott Kemp. The commencement speaker was Mr. Carriere, Hope for Opelousas Executive Director. Mr. Carriere challenged the students to fail because if they are willing to fail they are taking risks that can lead to their significance. Mr. Reven Deshotels presented The Rotary Club Service Above Self Award to Olivia Burleigh and Rev. Alan Spence of the Opelousas American Legion, Post 45, presented the American Legion Awards to Timothy Kemp and Olivia Burleigh. The Mark Robertson Scholarship awards were presented by Mark's parents, Annette and Rat Robertson, along with Jenna Matis; recipients were Jennifer Johnson and Chandler Durio.
