WCA IS DEVELOPING COMPETITIVE ATHLETES!

These opportunities reflect an effort to strengthen our entire athletic program and develop basic skills and athletic competencies in our younger athletes while preparing them for the upcoming seasons. We seek to tie together what we are doing at the varsity level with what we are doing with the upper elementary and middle school students so that a smooth pathway is formed.
 
  • High School Football/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 5, Monday - Thursday 8:30-11:30, off 4th of July week 
  • High School Boys Basketball/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 6, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-8pm
  • High School Girls Basketball/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 6, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30-11:30, S&C 11:30-1:00
  • High School Volleyball/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 6, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-2, S&C 11:30-1:00, along with various team camps
  • Incoming 5th/6th Grade Football/Boys Basketball/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 5, Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
  • Incoming 5th/6th Grade Volleyball: Starting June 5, Mondays 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
  • Incoming 5th/6th Grade Girls Basketball: Starting June 7, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
  • Incoming 7th/8th Grade Football/Boys Basketball/Strength & Conditioning: Starting June 6, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
  • Incoming 7th/8th Grade Volleyball: Starting June 5, Mondays 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
  • Incoming 7th/8th Grade Girls Basketball: Starting June 7, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30, off 4th of July week
