The Solomon's Temple Project was the culmination of those studies. The students were given the task of working on teams to recreate a model of the temple itself, including all the articles inside the Holy of Holies, The Most Holy Place, and the Outer Court. They created models of local marketplaces and homes, as well as a high priest, regular priests, and other people.
"I gave direction and support, but the students had full creative freedom and did all of the work themselves. They learned how to work together, how one person's hard work can be a significant contribution to a larger project, and of course, they learned a lot about God's character as well as Solomon's Temple.
