They began with a down-home Cajun lunch of red beans and rice, jambalaya, cornbread, and homemade root beer. They worked off their Cajun feast with a festive Fais do-do to the tunes of The Camp Jammers (Mrs. Trahan's daddy and 11 of his close musical friends).
