Math Olympics is a 3rd -8th grade competition composed of two parts.  Students take tests in their classrooms on both Computation (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and Reasoning (story problems).  The top three in each category per grade qualify for the next round.  The next round consists of those qualifying students taking 3 tests each.  Those tests are sent to ACSI along with tests from other member schools and the top 20 scorers per grade per category are chosen to participate in the actual Math Olympics
