There are lessons that can't be taught in a classroom. The teams, clubs, small groups, and other transformative opportunities at Westminster offer a sort of "laboratory of life" enabling character growth to occur as students "practice" things like working together, serving others, resolving conflict, developing persistence, and much more.

MENTORING STUDENTS

Our staff and volunteer coaches and sponsors are carefully selected. They are men and women who want to develop our students into men and women of Christ-like character. One-on-one interactions provide rich opportunity to see each student individually, instead of a number -- making a difference one student at time.

PROMOTING HARD WORK

At Westminster we believe in "old fashioned" values like hard work, dedication, commitment, self sacrifice, being a teammate, shifting our focus from self to serving others, doing what you can, and bringing our talents to the table to help others succeed.

FOSTERING SELFLESSNESS

The Bible is clear -- we are to "look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others." The extra-curricular offerings at WCA provide ample opportunity to put this into action.
