WCA Athletics

At Westminster we don't have to sacrifice academic excellence or weaken our Biblical foundation for accomplishment in athletics and other activities.

We encourage our young people to participate in transformative opportunities at Westminster. Walk alongside them to encourage them to get up when they fall down and to explore how the opportunities at Westminster allow the Lord to transform the lives of students through mentoring, hard work, and selflessness.

The WCA Athletic Department is another vehicle by which to reach young people for Christ.  There is a unique opportunity presented through the lives of coaches surrendered to the Lordship of Christ who are equipping students not just for athletic competition, but also for life.  Students are exposed to the attributes of Christ via high standards, hard work, accountability, dedication, teamwork and excellence.  The goal is to develop graduates who are prepared to lead in their homes and communities to positively impact society.  Teams include volleyball, football, girls and boys basketball, cross country, swimming, soccer, golf, tennis, girls and boys track, baseball, softball and cheerleading.
